Scarring usually happens when a wound or trauma that we have has affected a deeper layer of our skin. When we have scar, we often just disregard it but when it started to hinder us from wearing or dong something that’s when we will start to think of different scar treatment to completely eliminate them. Sheeting using collagen, injection or even a surgery is the most commonly used remedy for this type of scar.
- Hypertrophic – the appearance of this kind of scar is the same as that of a keloid, the only difference is that its size is just the same as the injury itself from where it came from. Just like keloid, application of natural ingredients or creams will just not work for them as this require a more extensive type of treatment in order to have its size reduced.
- Facial – this is most commonly caused by any skin disease that we might have incurred like acne. Some of them can even give us skin discoloration and pit-like scar which sometimes cannot be hidden even by the most expensive make up that we can find in the beauty section of the department store. This can be remedied by using any of the creams available or any procedure that is usually being recommended by dermatologist like dermabrasion, skin peeling or diamond peel just to name a few.
